Luis had a vision of having his own appliance business in 2007. At first, it started as a side job with a few appointments every week. His business has grown over the years by word of mouth referrals because he inspires trust and is very detailed to diagnose and explain the problem. Through lots of hard work, Luis is now the proud owner of Smart Appliance Service.
Iliana is the one that keeps the business running smoothly. When you call, she will answer your questions, set up appointments, and many times can give you a rough estimate on repair costs. Without her, Smart Appliance Service wouldn't be what it is today. Samuel, our son, has been working with his dad for 3 years. Though he is still in high school, he does jobs for us after school and during the summer.
He may come to your home with someone or by himself to complete a repair. He loves playing soccer and spending time with Ace, his husky. When you call Smart Appliance Service you will talk to iliana and Luis will visit your home.
