He was very knowledgeable, thorough (putting silicon on a crack I had not even noticed as well as making sure the fit and finish of the new refrigerator seal was just right) and helpful (providing advice on quality manufacturers of various appliances). I will definitely be asking for him the next time we need to call Caesar's :)

Would give Caesars Appliance repair 10 stars if possible! Jay was so prompt, pleasant and informative. He repaired my dryer (showed me what was wrong) and even fixed a dryer duct problem I wasnt aware of! Probably saved me from carbon monoxide poisoning! Such great care taken to do the job right! Always impressed with your staff & products!! Permanent customer!

Technician Jay did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and repaired it quickly. We were very impressed with his knowledge of our Thermador Double Oven Wall unit which is 25 years old! He needed to re-solder some pins on the control panel; if he had not been able to do that, we may have had to replace the entire unit, and the current styles did not match the size or the decor. He was also able to come the day after we called. Thank you, Jay!

The first company sent out never showed up, and I was very frustrated. Then Caesars came out and the service was fabulous. Victor was great, figured out the issue right away, fixed it for the short term and then ordered the parts. Great communication. Id definitely use them again.

Weve been using Caesars for about 15 years for appliance repair and we havent been disappointed. We just had our dryer repaired today by Victor. He was very professional and he completed the repair in a timely manner. Our window for service was between 10A and 1P. We received a courtesy notification 15 minutes out from arrival. The repair was fairly priced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We had a washer issue and then a dryer issue. Sergio kept returning until all the repairs were completed. He put in extra time was friendly, trustworthy, and professional. Weve used Caesars over the last ten years and the office team also goes out of their way to get the job done as fast as possible. Well continue to call for our appliance needs. Thanks everyone!
