Vlad was on time, friendly and got right to work. I called them at 12:30 pm and he was here by 3:30! Sadly our refrigerator problem would cost more to repair than it was worth. I appreciated the honesty. A lot of people would have tried to take advantage to make the big payday but not this place. I really am grateful even though the problem couldn't be fixed. I called after noon explaining that my dryer wasnt heating up or drying my clothes. A service call was scheduled and the technician came that day before 3 PM to find out what was wrong with the dryer. He explained to me what was wrong and what appeared to cause it. He quoted me a price for repairs and said he could return the next day between 3PM and 5PM. He arrived slightly early after letting me know he was on his way, hereplaced the bad part. I am very happy with the service he provided from start to finish. If I need appliance service, I will call them without hesitation!

This is the second time I've used alpha, been very happy! Both times! They arrived to fix the dryer on a Saturday the next day actually from my call which I thought was superb, no extra service charges, found one problem and then cleaned all the lint out of the dryer excess issues, to find out that the heater fuse was bad, excellent service and price. Highly recommend them

The Technician was on his phone the entire time he was in my home. Thats unprofessional. Then I understand your service fee is $80 but when Ive done most of the work and your expertise is finding the rubber gasket that fell off and youre in and out in 10 minutes I think you can modify your service fee. Maybe your Technicians dont have that autonomy but its something to consider.

Excellent service. I had a very old beverage cooling unit and the part wasn't easy to find. Originally the part ordered wasn't correct, however, they found the correct part and overnight it. They never changed the price of the repair, they never charged for multiple extra unexpected trips, they was on time everytime, very very professional, they sent a text when they was on their way with an eta and showed up exactly on time.
