Duncan was fantastic! Fast scheduling and great communication throughout the process. Tyler, was terrific and explained each step in my washer repair. He was knowledgeable and knew the exact issue. The control board needed replacement and was a common problem with this type of machine. Repair was completely quickly. I would highly recommend Duncan!

I called Duncan Home Services yesterday (Sunday) as my washing machine was not working correctly. I was able to schedule an appointment and Sean arrived at my home before 8:00am. this morning. He diagnosed the issue with my machine promptly, advised the repair would not be cost effective and it would be better to purchase a new machine. I could not have been more pleased with his honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend Sean and Duncan Home Services and will call them again for any future needs.

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable of my Whirlpool washer however I didn't expect it would cost so much to repair. It's not Duncan's fault. I'm not convinced Whirlpool is a good appliance manufacturer. Thank you Duncan repair service. I would definitely request Justin if other repairs are needed. The service person arrived promptly, assessed the problem, provided me with a detailed estimate for the repair, and then ordered the parts. Approximately 7 to 10 days later, Duncan Appliance called to schedule the actual repair. The service person again arrived on schedule, and quickly made the repair to my satisfaction.

I cannot say enough, kind things about Sean with Duncan home services. He was understanding he knew what was wrong with our dishwasher and insured that we got the best value for what was happening. I will definitely be calling them again if we have any appliance issues. They were honest, trustworthy and welcoming in our home and treated our home like their own. I had the Duncan technicians evaluate two washers and one dryer. They quickly identified the issues and clearly explained the available options. Ultimately, we decided not to proceed with repairs, as replacing the machines made more sense. I appreciated how thoroughly they explained and demonstrated the inner workings of the appliances, as well as what to consider when purchasing new ones. They communicated well with their scheduling. They had a good availability to come to our host to inspect our washing machine. Unfortunately, the damage to the washer was quite extensive and the cost to fix the washer is in line with a new washing machine. Sean was very friendly and honest. He gave me some recommendations as to what to look for in a new washer. While I did not get my washer fixed. I am keeping their contact info in case I need a repair on an appliance in the future.

I really appreciate the time Matt took to not only service our gas oven, cooktop, dryer , and furnace but to explain how they work and the best ways to maintain them. He provided links to filters we need to buy, and made arrangements for a company to clean our dryer vent ductwork. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Its too soon to tell if the freezer door was fixed properly. The tech replaced the seal, but the door still doesnt seem like its closing tightly enough to keep frost from forming at the top inside. If it continues to frost up, Im going to call back. Also, the tech said he would level the freezer, which he may have, I wasnt in the room the entire time, but there is a definite difference between the spacing at the top versus the bottom between the two units. That could also because by a sagging floor under these heavy units. Thanks!
