I was very happy with my experience with Habitat Home Services. They had a technician Roy come same day which was a life saver as our washing machine had stopped working. The gentleman Roy who came was very honest in telling me it was not worth spending any money on repairs due to multiple issues and to put our money towards a new machine. Communication, timing, professionalism etc were all great, we will use them again

It has been a long time since I have experienced customer service at a level Roy provided. Through no fault of Habitat the first part replaced was defective and the new one had an 8 week lead time, Roy diligently followed up and communicated with me until the job was done. Three visits to my house and each time Roy committed to a time and kept it, unusual for the repair industry from my experience. I would 100% recommend Habitat to my friends and family. Great job Roy!

Roy was the best tech ever to enter my house. He quickly set up and tested my fridge and diagnosed the broken parts. Within 15minutes he had tested and installed a part to get my 15 yr old fridge going. I was Impressed by his professionalism and talent. He is a kind and caring appliance tech. Our dryer stopped working and I wasnt sure who to call but spoke with Habitat Home Services and felt they would be able to help. Service was great - they took apart our dryer to find the problem and not only replaced the broken part but also inspected and cleaned the whole thing. Its now working good as new!

I unfortunately didn't get the name of the technician who came by to help me out with my washer. He was on time, polite and super educational! My washer didn't end up needing any repair but he went through what might have happened to cause the error I was seeing on my washer. I kept getting an error 18 on my washer, but it turned out it it was something that resolved on its own but the technician gave me so much information and put my mind at ease.
He was available for a next day service so I was very appreciative as I was worried I would be washer less for a while! He ran my washer 5-6 times to ensure there was no issues with my washer. Thanks for stopping by, helping me out and explaining the entire process to me!

I was very fortunate to come across this company in google, and they came on the same day on Christmas Eve! He just finished fixing my dryer and the technician was very knowledgeable, upfront and professional. The entire process from setting up a time to service, to discussing and resolving the issue and payment all were done smoothly and hassle free.
